Withdrawal prior to third class meeting, including Room & Board 80 percent
Withdrawal prior to fourth class meeting, including Room & Board 60 percent
Withdrawal prior to fifth class meeting, including Room & Board 40 percent
Withdrawal prior to sixth class meeting, including Room & Board 20 percent
Withdrawal after the sixth class meeting, including Room & Board No Refund
Accelerated 8-week semester*
Withdrawal during the first week of class, 100 percent
Withdrawal after the first week of class, No Refund

Student Accounts Summer 2025 Timeline
Refunds will be paid through the Office of Business Affairs within 30 days of receipt of the official withdrawal information from the Registrar’s Office.
